Cecilia Fareri is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, wellness guide, and mother based in Switzerland, devoted to supporting women on their path to healing, inner peace, and self-connection.

Born in Genoa, Italy, Cecilia’s early life was shaped by international experiences, including time spent in Tehran during the final years of the Iran-Iraq war. These formative years gave her emotional depth and resilience – qualities she now brings into her yoga teaching.

Her love for movement began early through gymnastics, classical ballet, hip hop, and later Zumba, before leading her to the deeper practices of yoga and fascia release.

After a 20-year career in international banking, Cecilia’s life took a dramatic turn. The loss of two pregnancies, followed by the joy and challenge of becoming a mother, deeply impacted her physical and emotional well-being. When her son began falling ill repeatedly, her own energy collapsed. The constant stress and postpartum exhaustion triggered severe panic attacks and left her feeling disconnected from herself.

Yoga became her lifeline — a way to restore her nervous system, rebuild inner strength, and find calm in the chaos.

She also overcame a major health crisis when she had to undergo surgery to remove a large liver tumor. This experience further deepened her commitment to holistic healing.

Now, Cecilia’s greatest wish is to help other women who are suffering like she once did — women who are tired, anxious, overwhelmed, or recovering from emotional and physical trauma.

Through Yoga, Breathwork, Reiki, and gentle body-mind practices, she offers a safe space where women can:

• Restore energy and joy
• Rebuild trust in themselves

Her classes are more than movement – they are a journey inward, a path to inner transformation and feminine empowerment.
