Through Hatha Yoga, I found a way to calm my nervous system, release tension, and feel grounded again.

Now, I share this gentle practice with other women who need a safe space to breathe, reconnect, and heal — one breath at a time.

I created these sessions for women who live with anxiety, panic, or emotional stress.You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s move gently and come back to peace together.

A 60-minute gentle Hatha Yoga class including breathwork, grounding movement, and guided relaxation. No pressure, no camera required — just a space to feel better.

This class is perfect for you if you:

– Struggle with anxietypanic attacks, or chronic stress
– Feel emotionally overwhelmedmentally drained, or nervous system dysregulated
– Need a calming space to slowdown  and relax at home
– Want to feel supportedseen, and safe — without pressure or judgment

How to join?

After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email. Join from any quiet space. Wear comfortable clothes and have a yoga mat or blanket near by.
You don’t need prior experience.
You can keep your camera off.
The space is confidential and welcoming.
