Calm Connections is a supportive approach for mothers navigating postpartum anxiety, fear, and emotional overwhelm. Instead of feeling anxious or disconnected from your baby, you'll begin to experience your bond as a source of joy, calm, and deep emotional connection.

You’ll learn how to build confidence, manage panic attacks, and feel back in control of your mind and body through simple, empowering coping techniques. These tools help you move through daily challenges with more lightness, presence, and peace.

This journey is also about self-compassion — gently guiding you back to the woman you were before anxiety, while helping you grow into the confident, joyful mom you’ve always hoped to be.

Hi, I'm Cecila — and I’m here to support you.
I’m a certified fascia yoga teachernew mom anxiety coach, and a 500+ hour yoga instructor. But more than that, I’m a mother who knows how exhausting and lonely early motherhood can feel. I’ve experienced the anxiety, the overwhelm, and the fear of not being enough.

That’s why I created this holistic programme — to help you find peace again.
Through a gentle blend of fascia yogabreathworkmeditation, and mindfulness, I guide you to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and feel empowered in your motherhood journey.

  • MODULE 1: Balance the Mind

    In this module, we’ll explore the mental blocksmom guilt, and postpartum anxiety that keep you stuck in fear and overwhelm. You’ll learn how to reframe your thoughts, calm your nervous system, and shift from survival mode into a more grounded, confident mindset.

    We’ll cover:

    • Fear of failure as a mom and woman
    • Where you are now vs. where you want to be
    • Tools to release guilt and emotional pressure

    This is your first step toward mental clarityemotional strength, and a more peaceful motherhood.

  • MODULE 2: Breakthrough Emotions

    In this module, we dive into the emotional rollercoaster many new moms face. From unexpected tears to overwhelming anxiety or even panic attacks, these emotional shifts are real — but you don’t have to stay stuck in them.

    You’ll receive simple yet powerful tools to help you regulate your emotionscalm your nervous system, and feel more energised, balanced, and in control.

    We’ll cover:

    • Understanding postpartum anxiety and panic attacks
    • How to release trapped emotions that hold you back
    • Navigating strong emotional waves with mindfulness and self-compassion

    This module helps you feel more confidentcalm, and capable of handling anything motherhood throws your way.

  • MODULE 3: Restore your Energy

    As a new mom, your energy feels drained every moment. In week 3, we focus on energy balance—helping you align your physical stamina and mental clarity with your daily life. Together, we’ll break free from negative self-talkfatigue, and mom guilt, so you can care for your baby — without losing yourself in the process.

    We’ll explore:

    • How to beat overthinking & excessive worrying
    • Tools for combating guilt and overcoming feelings of unworthiness
    • Strategies for protecting yourself from exhaustion and chronic fatigue
  • MODULE 4: Accepting The Breakthrough

    Real transformation begins when you truly accept yourself and your new life as a mother. In Week 4, we’ll give you the tools—and the permission—to fall back in love with yourself, embrace your identity, and create a more nourishing motherhood experience.

    You’ll reconnect with your needs, learn how to ask for support without guilt, and begin to feel deeply cared for—while also caring for your baby and family in a loving, sustainable way.

    We’ll explore:

    • Getting clear on your new identity as a mom
    • Connecting with your role as a confident, empowered mother
    • Strengthening relationships with yourself, your baby, and your partner
  • MODULE 5: The Balancing Act

    Life as a mom is full of demands — from sick babies to long workdays and endless to-do lists. In this final module, we bring everything together to help you build a realistic, sustainable plan for mind-body-spirit balance, no matter what life throws your way.

    You’ll learn how to stay grounded, practice self-care, and protect your mental and emotional energy, even on the busiest days.

    We’ll explore:

    • Realistic self-care routines and how to actually prioritise them
    • Simple meditation techniques for anytime, anywhere
    • The connection between psychology, emotional wellbeing, and nutrition for moms

    This is your path to feeling calm, confident, and in control — with a clear roadmap to thrive as a balanced, empowered mother.

  • BONUS 1: Feel-Good Zumba for New Moms

    Balance Your Doshas

    In this bonus session, our Ayurvedic doctor will help you identify and correct Vata, Pitta, and Kapha imbalances that may be affecting your mood, energy, and digestion.

    You’ll get simple, practical tools to restore mind-body balance, support your emotional wellbeing, and align with your natural rhythm — using the timeless wisdom of Ayurvedic healing.

  • BONUS 2 : Feel-Good Zumba for New Moms

    Boost your mood, release stress, and raise your energy with this fun, high-vibe Zumba session. It’s a joyful way to activate your endorphins, lift your spirits, and feel light, free, and more connected to your body — anytime you need a reset.

    In this session, our psychologist explains the mental and emotional shifts in motherhood and teaches you how to retrain your brain to reduce anxiety and manage panic attacks with confidence.
