Why I Teach
Having experienced firsthand how anxiety can live in the body, I learned through yoga and dance how powerful conscious movement can be in calming the nervous system, releasing stress, and rebuilding inner safety. This understanding shapes everything we do at The Divine Yoga Studio.
That is why we are now expanding our program to include teens as well — offering dance as a healthy, joyful way to cope with today’s pressures, build confidence, improve focus, and reconnect with their bodies.
From February 25, Jordan joins our team, bringing his professional street-dance experience to inspire young dancers with energy, discipline, and creative expression.
